Cancellation/No Show & Rescheduling Policy: If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment (or need to adjust the length of your appointment time) please notify no less than 48 hours before your scheduled service time. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to charge 50% of the scheduled service to the existing card on file if failure to cancel/reschedule 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, or a no show occurs. Please note that you will not be able to book any future appointments at Alluvium Beauty until the fee is paid in full. Late Policy: Please be aware that if you have not arrived by your appointed time for your service, your Professional can reserve the right to not perform the service due to time constraints. As we are typically scheduled back-to-back with appointments, it is important that you arrive at or before your appointment start time. If this policy is not honored, you may be asked to reschedule and will be considered a “no show”. *fees may apply* Eyelash Extension Maintenance Policy: As your natural lashes grow and fall out due to the natural growth cycle, you will need refills. Recommended fills are every 2-3 weeks. It is important to have at least 50% of the extensions on your natural lashes for your fill appointment in order to maintain the desired clean, full, consistent look. If your Eyelash Professional discovers you have less than the required 50% coverage of your eyelash extensions, you will be asked to reschedule and book a full set for your next appointment. Fills are intended for maintenance appointments only. Please be aware that booking your fill past the 3-week mark will result in a full set charge. Cleaning Policy: Please arrive without any eye makeup on the day of your appointment. If at all possible, avoid applying mascara on the day of your appointment. If you do have mascara on, make sure to wash it off thoroughly BEFORE your appointment time, and do not use an oil-based makeup remover, as leftover oil residue may result in premature shedding due to a weaker bond between the extensions and your natural lashes. If your Eyelash Professional has to remove eye makeup, it may cut into your session time. Transfer Policy: At Alluvium Beauty, clients are welcome who have received eyelash extension applications from other salon/spa locations. Please understand that when you arrive at your fill appointment, you will first have a consultation with your Eyelash Professional to determine if the service can be performed. This is due to variations in lash materials, techniques, and adhesives, so we can ensure quality work. Refund/Return Policy: Unfortunately Alluvium Beauty does not offer any refunds or returns for services that have been performed, or retail that has been purchased.
